For the Sauce - Kikkoman Citrus Soy Glaze

    Heat vegetable oil in a pan.

    Add cumin seeds; let it crackle and release its aroma.

  • 03

    Add the rest of the ingredients (except the King Oyster Mushrooms) and let it simmer gently for 5 minutes.

    Adjust seasoning with more Kikkoman Soy Sauce, if needed.


Final Product

    Heat vegetable oil in another pan, until it reaches its smoking point.

    Sear the King Oyster Mushrooms until well caramelised.

  • 03

    Add the prepared sauce i.e. Kikkoman Citrus Soy Glaze to the pan.

    Toss the mushrooms in the glaze until combined well.5. Garnish with Spring onions.

  • King Oyster Mushrooms 200g
  • Kikkoman Soy Sauce 2 tbsp
  • Orange Juice (freshly squeezed) 200 ml
  • Lemon Juice 1tsp
  • Veg Stock 100ml
  • Vegetable oil 1tsp
  • Cumin seeds 1tsp
  • Garam Masala 1tsp
  • Chilli (minced) ½tsp
  • Fresh Turmeric (grated) 1tsp
  • Ginger (minced) 1tsp
  • Jaggery powder ½tsp
  • Spring onions 1tsp
  • White Pepper To Taste
